Kaleo staff hosts Christian high school and college groups to come and serve during Spring Break and Summer. From our personal experiences leading teams on mission trips nationally and overseas, we take our task of creating effective missions experiences very seriously. Some components of a successful trip:
Prepare Leaders
We believe a trip can only be as effective as the amount of effort the leader is willing to invest in it. We will provide you with resources and ideas on how to help your students prepare and process what they learn during the trip and then how to help them assimilate the things they learned into their lives. We invest in you so that you can invest in them.
Create Meaningful Missions Experiences
No one knows your group as well as you do, and we will work with you to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your group. We will create an itinerary for your group that will challenge them to grow in their faith and in their love for God and others.
Assist year-round ministries
Our goal is to bring teams to serve alongside those who are doing this all year long. We want to bring them additional hands to help, and for our students to have the chance to be impacted by the faithfulness of these servants.
During each trip, teams will have an assigned Kaleo staff person who will work with the team leader as well as the host ministries to accomplish the purposes of the Kaleo experience.
