Team Leader
- Main contact for Kaleo Missions Leadership
- Primary responsibility will be leadership of on-site Kaleo Staff team:
- Team care and devotionals
- Spiritual leadership
- Lead weekly business meetings
- Oversee Site Budget
- Additional Qualifications for Team Leader
- Must have some Bible training or ministry experience
Ministry/Outreach Coordinator
- Primary on-site coordinator with our partner ministries
- Maintain relationships with ministries
- Call and confirm with all ministries prior to service
- After each weeks ministry, call and debrief with ministry partners
- Debrief with team leaders about how ministries went
- Report back to kaleo team on changes that need to be made for next time
- Assist leaders with improvised ministry opportunities
Hospitality Coordinator
- Oversee planning, purchasing and providing meals for team and groups
- Develop relationships with neighborhood businesses and restaurants
- Plan and lead fun activities for Kaleo teams
- Find and accompany teams to restaurants
- Find donations/freebies/discounts for groups
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance of facilities
- Provide snacks and beverages at work sites
- Be expert on all things associated with the city you are in!
Groups Coordinator
- MC all large-group meetings
- Primary contact for youth group leaders
- Prepare and lead team building activities
- Prepare and debrief teams
- Generate directions to get teams around
- Generate itineraries for each team
