Register for a trip

We are excited that you are considering bringing your group to serve with Kaleo!  Please call or email us if you have any questions throughout the registration process.

1. Register online and request your dates.  For us to reserve your spot…
   • Complete the online registration above or click here to download a printable registration form.   We will then contact you to confirm the availability of your dates.
   • Submit the initial deposit (non-refundable) of $55 per person, payable through PayPal or by check.  If you want to pay by check please send check to P.O. Box 1371 Denton TX 76202.
2. When we have received your deposit, we will contact you to answer any questions you may have and begin discussing your trip with you.
3. You will then have access to our online resources for leaders.  You can access these through a link found on the user page you create when you register.
4. Recruit your students and have them view and complete necessary forms.
   • Activities and Release of Liability Form
   • Participant Health Form
5. Begin preparing your team
   • Spiritually
   • Financially
6. Arrange for group transportation
7. Make sure to keep track of all payment deadlines.  Payment deadlines will be updated on your user page, but you can find the payment schedule here.
8. Arrive on location!
